Jordan Bunch
Jordan Bunch, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. She has worked with levels of care ranging from inpatient hospitalization to outpatient in a variety of settings, including a specialty eating disorder hospital, residential substance use treatment facility, primary care offices and private practice. She has specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders and substance use. She is working towards her credential in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT).
Jordan, along with her furry co-therapist Reggie, strives to create a safe and collaborative environment in order to provide truly person-centered care. She sees each session as an opportunity for growth and insight as well as collaborative learning about what works and what doesn’t for individual clients. She understands that deciding to start therapy can be intimidating and often folks don’t know what to expect. As a therapist, she wants to make her clients feel comfortable, heard and valued from the initial consultation to the last treatment session. She has worked with a wide variety of human problems including: adjustment challenges, eating disorders, complicated grief, substance use, anxiety, depression, body image distress and interpersonal issues. She feels that each individual is worthy of the time, space and effort to find healing, peace and balance in their lives. Her approach draws from a variety of evidence based practices including DBT, ACT and CBT as well as psychodynamic theory and a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Each client has unique experiences therefore her goal is to accommodate each individual’s needs. She believes personally and professionally in the power of human resilience and aims to help each client navigate their world with greater ease.
Jordan completed her Master’s of Social Work and Substance Use Certificate program at UNC Chapel Hill’s School of Social Work in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Africana Studies from North Carolina State University.

Reggie
Hi! I’m Reggie also known as Reg, Reginald and Bubs. I am 4 years old and a therapy dog in training. I get very excited to meet and see clients with Jordan and share lots of tail wags and kisses. I am still working on not jumping and being noisy when I see my clients because I love people so much.
I was fostered as a puppy by an animal rescue organization who realized early on that I have hip dysplasia. They got me the surgery I needed when I was two and helped me recover until I found my forever home with Jordan and my rescue dog sister CJ. Now, even though I still have hip dysplasia, I love to run around and play with my sister, snuggle and take walks of anytime, anywhere! I love to help people see that challenges like mine can be overcome! When I’m at work, I excitedly greet my clients then settle down on the couch beside them or on the floor by their feet to be there when they need me. I love belly rubs and walking together and will give you big face kisses if you’ll let me.
